  • L&C Family Health Clinic

The Lewis and Clark Family Health Clinic is a full service clinic offering both acute and chronic care for all members of the community. The clinic is staffed by board certified nurse practitioners and collaborates with several health-service agencies and school districts to help expand healthcare services and education in rural communities. Our service area includes Greene, Macoupin, Jersey, Calhoun and Madison counties.

The Family Health Clinic is open, by appointment only with no walk-ins, Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Patients with appointments will be asked to call when they arrive and wait in their car until a nurse calls them to let them know that a room is open. Patients will be asked to wear a mask the entire time that they are on campus and in the clinic.

    Education and Prevention

In light of the recent and widening COVID-19 outbreak, Lewis and Clark Community College is working closely with local and state public health agencies to take the necessary precautions to address the viral threat to our district communities. Any further updates will be available at https://www.lc.edu/coronavirus/

The best way to prevent illness is to avoid exposure. Take steps to protect yourself and others like proper hand washings, avoiding close contact and staying home if you are sick. Students and community members with further questions about how to prevent illness should consult the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) for up to date and accurate information.
